Facilities

Being the Royal Navy School of Marine Engineering, HMS SULTAN as you would expect has a vast range of facilities.

Specifically for the Steam Lorry, there is a designated workshop and storage shed and a low loader for transporting the Sentinel on longer journeys.

On top of this, SULTAN has a number of large workshops where the capability to manufacture many components is available, including a GRP workshop, metalwork foundry and a fully equipped machine shop.
